1. Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
3. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at pay@khanartist.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Packaging: Please pack your items securely to prevent damage during shipping.
4. Refunds
- Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Exchanges
- Availability: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you at no additional cost.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Faulty Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at pay@khanartist.com. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at pay@khanartist.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
8. International Returns
For international returns, please follow the same process outlined above. Please note that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
